with your recent purchase. As we are always pleased to assist a
new homeowner, it remains our ultimate goal to deliver a quality product at an
affordable price, while providing customer satisfaction and great service. In
order to achieve these goals we offer the following procedures should you
experience a problem that requires a service call.
Before moving in a Classic Century Home, one of our Construction Superintendent will
schedule a pre-closing walk through for you and explain our post warranty
service policy. It is our goal to address all of your warranty questions at this
time.
After closing, emergency warranty service is available by calling the
emergency number provided to you by our Customer Service Representative at
closing. Examples of "Emergency" warranty service include plumbing leaks that
cannot be contained, heat and air conditioning problems in extreme temperatures,
or any condition that may present a health or safety hazard.
